Description

This will be bid for through the Market Research Framework MR130001.

Ipsos Mori have already carried out usability testing on an early version of the TC603URD and TC603UR notes for In-year finalisation. The research indicated that there was still work to be done for customers to understand the process.

These notes have been substantially re-drafted and we would now like to commission a further round of testing, with a view to identifying those areas that customers still find difficult. This will help HMRC understand where additional complimentary information - call scripts and web guidance - is still required.
