HHT Development Ltd have procured Employers Agent services in relation to the construction of 33 new build flats (16 x 1 bed, 17 x 2 bed) for affordable rent at Sewell Street.

Anticipated practical completion for the works is 23rd January 2024. The employers agent services are expected to end by 23rd January 2025.
