The initial procurement process was a competitive dialogue in other to enable the council to get the bestqualitative outcome.
However, The financial landscape in local government has changed and the possible impact on this and otherrelated services did not make it viable for the Council to continue with the current procurement at the presenttime. As such this procurement has been abandoned.
