Description
Oldham Council Highways Department has an annual, seasonal and ad hoc requirement for the provision of a range of hired plant, manned plant, winter maintenance plant and equipment.
The intention is to form a framework of contractors to supply plant in 6 lots covering all requirements of the highways department:
- lot 1 - large plant without operator,
- lot 2 - large plant with operator,
- lot 3 - small plant,
- lot 4 - traffic lights,
- lot 5 - winter maintenance,
- lot 6 - skilled labour.
