Description

The London Borough of Hounslow (LBH) has identified a need to find hidden capacity for growth in the borough, in order to promote and grant permission on sites. To this end, LB Hounslow is looking to commission a Site Identification and Assessment Database of all council and non-council land holdings in the borough that are suitable for development and could come forward in the next 30 years. The Council is inviting consultants or multi-disciplinary teams of consultants to respond to this Request for Quotation.
