Description

Scape Group Limited on behalf of Arc Partnership invites Bidders for the provision of Demolition Works as detailed in section 3 Specification of the ITT, at the former Sherwood E-Act Academy site, Wollaton Avenue, Nottingham. NG4 4HX.

Arc Partnership is an innovative joint venture developed by Nottinghamshire County Council and Scape Group.

The successful Bidder will be required to take over responsibility of the site at the works commencement date.

Bidders are invited to attend a site on the Site Visit date as indicated in the procurement timetable.

Site visits will be available between 10:00 and 15:00hrs on the two dates to make any survey or investigation that you believe necessary to fully inform themselves of the requirement for Bidder submission.
