NOTE: This notice was updated on 23 February 2022 for the following reason: The deadline for this tender has been extended to the 2 March 2022 to allow maximum time for suppliers to submit a bid.(The Purchaser is commissioning a Provider to produce a strategy for a recruitment campaign to attract and encourage disabled people to stand for council elections. The targeted advertising will be used across a number of channels including the Be a Councillor website, council websites, social media, printed materials and banner stands. This is not an exhaustive list and we welcome views on how to increase the targeted advertising campaign's reach.)
