Description

Westward seeks to procure a comprehensive responsive repairs and voids service, working across multiple geographically defined areas. This is to include (but not limited to) general repairs and building works of the following trades and or services:

• Void repairs and cleaning services
• Environmental cleaning services
• Roofing - repairs and minor works
• Gutter Clearance
• Lower-level (non-notifiable) asbestos removal
• Pest Control - baiting and proofing
• Minor Aids & Adaptions Works
• FRA (for the non M&E works)
• Electrical Repairs (Excluding cyclical testing and remedial works)
• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Painting
• Plastering
• Fencing
• Groundworks & Drainage
• Kitchen & Bathroom repairs and ad hoc renewals
• Landscaping
• Scaffolding
• Out of Hours repairs service from 5pm to 9am 7 days a week all year (To include public holidays and times of Westward Office closure)
