Description

The Employer wishes to enter into a contract for the Waterproofing of the existing roof and gutters at Barnwell Business Park. Barnwell Business Park (BBP) is a working Business Estate which consists of 20 small light industrial units split over 3 blocks; consideration needs to be given to the programme of works in order to reduce any disruption to Tenants. The existing roofing has reached its end of life with water ingress into a number of units over recent years has increased and is unacceptable; typically leaks are coming from, joints or where fixings penetrate the roof covering or at the junction of the roof covering and skylights.
