Description
The City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) is seeking contractors to deliver new homes and regeneration projects within Wolverhampton, via a Framework Agreement, with the potential to be used by other local authorities, ALMOs and registered providers.\r
\r
CWC wish to procure a framework for the design, pre-construction services, construction and delivery of new homes and housing solutions.\r
\r
The 4-year Framework will comprise of 3 Lots:\r
\r
Lot 1 - Tasks on small infill sites of up to 3 Dwellings;\r
\r
Lot 2 - Tasks on infill sites from 4 up to 20 Dwellings;\r
\r
Lot 3 - Tasks on infill sites of over 21 Dwellings.\r
\r
The nature of the works includes,\r
\r
o The construction of homes, including but not limited to, houses, apartments, and bungalows\r
\r
o The construction of homes for rent, sale, and shared ownership (in some cases mixed tenure)\r
\r
o Land remediation\r
\r
o Feasibility, design, and construction services
