Description
Bassetlaw Museum and the Aurora Wellbeing Centre in Worksop, North Nottinghamshire are partnering to deliver an exciting project using heritage and museum collections in a therapeutic setting. This will include a Heritage Hub with both physical displays and a Virtual Museum funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. Within the Hub will be an interactive interpretation of a piece of Greek sculpture from the Great Altar of Zeus and Athena, Pergamum, which dates from the 2nd century BC. This is being separately funded by the Arts Council England.
