Northumberland County Council ('NCC') wishes to commission an experienced consultancy team to undertake a comprehensive study examining the feasibility of developing a pilot project regarding the use of synthetic liquid fuel for domestic properties in Northumberland that currently use kerosene oil heating. and to develop an investment concept document as the basis to attract investment.
