Description

As part of the Council's 'Digital by Default' strategic vision, the London Borough of Hackney is inviting Service Providers with relevant experience to tender for the delivery of an externally hosted Online Resource and Appointment Booking system that will be used as a corporate platform for booking all resources and appointments within the London Borough of Hackney (LBH).
The aim of the project is to provide a consistent online booking system that will support the self-booking of all Council appointments, events, meeting rooms, resources and training courses by Council staff and Hackney and non-Hackney residents.
The Council is seeking an externally hosted solution - non-hosted systems will not be considered for this contract. The initial term of the contract will be for 5 years with the option to extend for up to 5 further years in installments of 2 years plus 2 years plus 1 year. The contract is expected to commence in August 2016 with a system 'go-live' date of December 2016.
