Closedown Transformation Project The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified (CCAB or CGMA) consultant to review, design and implement a new and rigorous closedown programme for FY 2020/21. This should involve undertaking a review of existing processes, consideration of control weaknesses and issues identified in the auditor's report, and discussions with key officers.
