Fabrication Bespoke Footbridge with widened Deck & Canopy

Installation

Footbridge to be built off-line ready for the Saturday night Possession.
Installation - During a Saturday night Possession. JMS to provide the Crane for install.


Finishing Items
Application of Network Rail N1 Paint System with minimum 25 year life in accordance with NR Standard NR/GN/CIV/002. Colour to be confirmed in accordance with BS4800. Inside faces to be treated with Anti Graffiti Coating.
DDA Compliant GRP Anti-Slip surfacing.


Misc
Trial assembly of all bridge elements to include all paperwork, craneage, supervision.

Production of Fabrication Drawings

Delivery To Site to Suit Erection Sequence

Any Access Required - ie MEWPS / Towers

Project management, Production management & QA.

Production of all fabrication drawings for JMS approval.

Procurement of materials, fixings and consumables.

Weld testing in line with specification.

Blasting of steelwork to SA 2.5 to give uniform finish.

Any touching up of paint finish due to damage from loading, unloading and erection.

Any necessary temporary bracing to suit sectional completion requirements.
