Description

TfL is seeking to appoint a concessionaire that is capable of efficiently administrating, operating and developing the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS). The concessionaire will be required to:
· administer FORS in a lean, efficient way and to an exceptional standard, in the interest of road safety and the environment;
· improve FORS economic sustainability through the diversification of revenue streams so it is not solely reliant on operators;
· ensure FORS offers value for money to fleet operators and organisations which mandate FORS in their contracts;
· work collaboratively with industry and multiple audit providers.
The concessionaire will be responsible for the administration aspects of FORS, which include but are not limited to: project management, processing finances, marketing/PR/communications, provision of a helpline, website, commercialisation of assets, certification, audit provision management, quality assurance and compliance.
