Description
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is looking for an appropriate organisation, with experience, innovation and flexible strategies, to provide support to families to help them to meet the needs of their ASD children, including (but not limited to) behaviour management and communication.
The service will be required to take into consideration any national policy drivers that are relevant to ASD children and young people, aimed to improve their outcomes and work in partnership with ASDAS to ensure support to families of diagnosed children and young people.
Additional Information:
Bidders should note that the Contract relates to services that fall under the "light touch" regime of Regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This Procurement Exercise will therefore be run in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as they apply to "light touch" services. While the Authority is following a process similar to an Open Procedure to set up a Framework Agreement under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 neither that fact nor any other statements, acts or omissions of the Authority in connection with this Procurement Exercise should be taken as indicating that the Authority intends to be bound by the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the general principles of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to any greater extent than applies by law.
