Description

The purpose of this tender is to set up a non-exclusive flexible local framework with a suitable supplier for the provision of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) products to commissioned Smoking Cessation services in Tower Hamlets and other London Boroughs.
The framework will be available for use by all London Borough Councils as listed in the contract documents.
Please note that the Council intends to conduct a reverse auction pricing event as part of this tender process. We will be using Prosolis Ltd ("EASiBuy") for the reverse auction event. Tenderers who will participate in the reverse auction are required to sign Supplier Agreement Terms & Conditions
