Description

The Council provides advice to tenants to support them in managing their finances and enabling them to continue to meet rent payments. The success of this provision is partly measured by improvements in the level of rent debt and in the management of the advice services.

The Council is seeking a provider that will accept referrals for financial advice and support from GYBC staff, predominantly but not exclusively from the Housing Services Team, and will then assess individual requirements and provide support and advice to meet those needs.
