Description

This is a market engagement exercise to inform Hampshire County Council's procurement strategy for Direct Payment Support Services.
Hampshire County Councils current Direct Payment Support Service (DPSS) provides Information, Advice and Guidance and Managed Accounts support to Direct Payment recipients. HCC need to undertake a review to decide if this model is still relevant and preferable and wish to undertake co-production and co-design with service users and other stakeholders for a new service offering.

Hampshire County Council is carrying out a market engagement to assist in understanding the market's approach to the provision of Direct Payments Support and supplementary services to include but not limited to, Managed Accounts, information, guidance and advice, financial administration mechanisms, budget management tools and mechanisms, recruitment and payroll services that could be provided to HCC and our stakeholders to support Direct Payments.
The purpose of this market engagement exercise is to ask suppliers to consider if they currently supply services which support or facilitate Direct Payments and then respond to a questionnaire and its five questions.
