The Council invites quotations for the provision of Employment Land Review.

The Council's Spatial Planning service is in the process of conducting a partial review of the Croydon Local Plan (CLP) adopted in February 2018.

The partial review will cover the Strategic Policies currently in the document and also any Development Management policies where there is a consequential impact. In addition, there will be an update of local allocations and where necessary, land use designations will be reviewed.

The Local Plan review once adopted will set out how Croydon will contribute to meeting its housing needs, whilst tackling the causes of climate change in the borough, and ensuring it is developing vibrant places for people to live, work and visit. It will set out the spatial strategies, sites and planning policies necessary to meet these needs, over the period from 2019 to 2039. The Council is aiming to adopt the Local Plan review in early 2022.

The duration of the contract is 5 months.
