Description

This Further Competition Invitation relates to the Delivery Partner for the VMWare 3 year Enterprise Licence Agreement (ELA) for UK Police, Fire and Rescue Services Contract to a sole Supplier. The Authority is seeking the provision of the Police ICT VMWare ELA for a period of 3 (three) years starting on the Commencement Date in December 2018 and ending on the same date in December 2021.
Potential Providers should consult with their ISV | distributor channel partner contacts for further details and advice on quoting the Police ICT VMWare ELA terms and deal specification to the Authority.
Potential Providers are expected to provide, as part of their bid documentation, a copy of a supporting statement signed by an authorised representative of the ISV confirming that the Potential Provider bid meets the minimum offer terms and deal specification requirement for the Police ICT VMWare ELA, including payment plan schedule.
