Description
Installation of Windows and Doors Programme
Curo has an obligation to provide our customers with warm, affordable and safe homes. As part of our requirement to comply with Decent Homes, and to improve the energy efficiency of our homes we need to engage in a programme of supplying Windows and Doors.
There are many styles of windows and doors on our homes. Our Historic stock is not within the scope of this contract, as we need to comply with Conservation commitments which are to repair and not renew.
We still have some wooden casement windows, (1st Generation uPVC and aluminium single and double glazed units, from the 1980's.) All of these are in need of replacement, in order for Curo to achieve Decent Homes standard.
