Description

The works will consist of earthworks and reduce level dig plus fully engineered Design & Build of 80 number residential units along with a village centre, ancillary/office facilities, all external works, infrastructure, services, drainage and landscaping.

For information we shall be issuing PQQ's from W/C 9th November 2020 to all those that have expressed an interest. Once this operation has been conducted we shall assess and either proceed to a sifting process to acquire the envisaged number of candidates or go straight out to Tender if the required number is met. We estimate this to be around the 25th January 2021 (dates indicated in the OJEU Notice).
