Description

The Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the demolition of the single storey building that forms The Print Room at the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham's Civic Centre including foundations and drainage down to a depth of 2000mm below existing ground floor level, whichever is greater. The works also include; works to the Civic Centre including the design and provision of Fire Escape Doors. Meter removals, stats terminations, R&D Surveys and removals (where applicable), environmental clean (where applicable) and upon completion tracking the site level including some landscaping.
