Description

Exeter City Council ("the Council") is conducting a procurement process to appoint a suitably experienced organisation/s who can demonstrate the ability to deliver an effective City-wide Independent Information Advice and Advocacy Service.
Purpose
• To ensure free, independent, confidential and impartial advice, information and advocacy is available to help people resolve the problems they face.
• To help address the widening inequality gap for Exeter communities in terms of health, income, employment and access to services
• To ensure all residents are able to access opportunities available in the city to build a better quality of life
