Description

Birmingham City Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Print and Associated Services including:

o managed printing and e-communications service,
o multifunctional devices
o print management software & services (this could be an interface with existing software or provision of new software)
o shredding and confidential waste services
o postal vote managed service
o postal ballot paper printing
o ballot paper printing
o multifunctional devices, print management software and services for schools

The framework will be split into Lots as follows:

LOT 1 - managed printing and e-communications service, multifunctional devices, print management software & services and shredding and confidential waste services
LOT 2 - postal vote managed service - opening and verification of postal votes
LOT 3 - postal ballot paper pack printing: specification for 2018 to 2022
LOT 4 - ballot paper printing for 2018 to 2022
LOT 5 - multifunctional devices, print management software & services for schools

The proposed Framework Agreement will commence on 1st April 2018 for a period of up to five years unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract.
