Description
Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking to procure advisors to provide an interim estate valuation of its site at the Cambridge Bio Medical campus as at 31 March 2021. The Trust will require the advisors to provide appropriate evidence to external auditors to support the estate valuation and be prepared to respond to audit requests for supporting information and requests to discuss the valuation approach taken. The valuation is to be prepared for financial reporting purposes and will be undertaken in accordance with the DHSC Group Accounting Manual 2020/21, the Foundation Trust Annual Reporting Manual 2020/21 and International Financial Reporting Standards. The Trust will look to the advisor to determine the most appropriate methodology for obtaining a fair value.
