Description

1.1 The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (the "Authority") is seeking a Supplier to conduct an analysis of the determinants of build-out on land sold by the previous Public Sector Land for Housing programme (2011-15). This will use monitoring data collected for the programme that shows the number of homes started and completed. This analysis will be published externally and used to improve delivery of the programme in the future.
