Description

Mole Valley District Council as the owner of two sites on the edge of Dorking Town Centre has appointed a Master Planning Team to produce a comprehensive Master Plan for the site. The focal point of the Pippbrook element of the site is a Grade II* Listed mansion which is in need of repair. Enabling development on the Pippbrook site will dictate that the existing car parking on the site will need to be re-provided on the Reigate Road part of the site in a 350 space Multi-storey car park. MVDC require a detailed cost forecast for the repair and upgrade of Pippbrook House, the MSCP element of the proposed scheme and some cost benchmarking for a 79 bed hotel that will also form part of the enabling development.
