Description

To provide SBC with Clerk of works services for the North Block project. Acting on our behalf oversees the quality and safety of work on a construction site, making sure that building plans and specifications are being followed correctly. Duties include: performing regular inspections of the work on site and comparing completed work with drawings and specifications. Making recommendations and attending site visits/meetings as required.
