Description

The Birmingham Children's Trust wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of Health and Safety services to conduct site inspections considering factors that include hazards associated to the work activity, potential impacts and sensitivity of the location; considering past experiences with the type of work or location; considering the findings from the initial inspection; following a reported accident / incident if Safety Services are alerted.

The Contract will last for three years (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract) with the provision to extend for up to an additional two years subject to requirements and satisfactory performance.

The contract will be awarded to one successful provider.

The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
