Description

In March 2017, Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service (on behalf of UK Fire and Rescue Services) awarded a Framework Agreement for Emergency Response Vehicles (Pumping Appliances, Aerials and Special Vehicles). The Framework Agreement is due to expire in September 2021.

Suppliers are invited to complete and submit a Consultation Questionnaire as part of the pre-procurement for a replacement route to market.

The purpose of the Consultation Questionnaire is to provide suppliers with the opportunity to inform the strategy, procurement and ongoing management of a future NFCC agreement for Emergency Response Vehicles for UK Fire and Rescue Services (Pumping Appliances, Aerials and Special Vehicles).

Further information on the existing framework agreement, can be found on the NFCC website via this link: https://www.nationalfirechiefs.org.uk/NFCC-Emergency-Response-Vehicles

The Supplier Consultation Process:
The supplier consultation is being run via the Bluelight e-tendering portal (EU Supply). Suppliers are able to access the Supplier Consultation Questionnaire via the following link: https://uk.eu-supply.com/ctm/supplier/publictenders?B=BLUELIGHT and by searching with the keywords 'Emergency Response Vehicles'. The supplier consultation should then appear for you to be able to accept the invitation. Upon your acceptance, you will automatically have access to the questionnaire within the 'Access Documents' section. Please note that you have to be registered within the e-tendering portal and logged in to be able to accept the invitation. Suppliers are able to register (registration is free of charge) via the following link: https://uk.eu-supply.com/ctm/Company/CompanyRegistration/RegisterCompany?OID=4&B=BLUELIGHT
Completed questionnaires should be submitted via the messaging area of the e-tendering portal by the deadline.
