Description

Commissioners within NHS Hastings and Rother CCG are considering
commissioning a Hastings Safe Space Service under a single provider
contract.
The proposed service will be commissioned to deliver and monitor the impact of Safe Space, which will operate in the night-time economy in central Hastings to provide support and advice to young people aged 17-25 years and other vulnerable people.

It is anticipated that the service would be offered for tender under a
Standard NHS contract for a period of 3 years commencing on the 1st
April 2020, with the option to extend for a further two years.

Value of contract = £70k per year
Approach to market date = 16 December 2019
Contract start date = 01 April 2020
Contract end date = 30 March 2023
Closing date for RFI responses: 6 January 2020

The purpose of this RFI is to gauge market interest and feedback via the RFI
response form for the provision of a Hastings Safe Space Service and provide the CCG
with valuable information to help update and improve the current service specification.
