Description

Current status / Background

The Hanley Crouch community centre has been relocated on to a new development and subsequently demolished. The site of the former community centre is to be used to provide 8 new build private sale houses, and it is the construction of these houses which forms the subject of this advert.

The requirement

A construction contractor to complete the design and undertake the construction of 8 private sale houses including all services and all relevant permissions and agreements (planning, s.106 obligations, section agreements relating to services, warranty provider conditions, etc.)
