Description

East Dorset District Council require the construction of a new grounds maintenance building adjacent to the 18th Green and Golf Club House at Moors Valley Golf Club, Ashley Heath, Dorset.

The building shall be constructed with a steel portal frame with profile fibre cement cladding coloured dark grey/black and set into an existing embankment with a works yard to the front of the building, shielded by new tree planting around the perimeter of the site. The building will be used to house heavy duty agricultural and horticultural equipment in a secure barn for use in the East Dorset area.
