Description

Birmingham City Council would like to appoint organisation(s) to manage the identification and removal of Gunshot Locator Equipment. Please refer to the quotation documentation which lists the gunshot locators and diagram. The timescales of tender return of the 25th October 2019 is to allow for any interested party to be able to have the time to complete the surveys.

This contract will be for a period of 3 months commencing 4th November 2019 unless weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances dictate otherwise. Delays will need to be reported at the time in writing together with the reason(s) for the delay.

The outcome of a feasibility study identified 29 gunshot locator sites.

Project work is NOT to be subcontracted and suppliers liable for any damage during removal/transit and costs will need reimburse the Council.

All reusable equipment is to be kept (and not discarded) and delivered to a Birmingham City Council depot.
