Description

The project has been designed to be rapid in movement in order to deliver the maximum benefit
before the 31 Aug 18. All works must be prepared to cease on the 31 Aug 18 having delivered a
significant effect on the communities across Tortola. The project manager will recruit local
workforce through petty contracts managing their activity to collect debris across the island and
deliver it to the allocated collection points. The individual will work in conjunction with the
Department of Waste Management in using the UK allocated funds in ensuring as much debris can
be collected prior to the peak storm season.
