NOTE: This notice was updated on 02 March 2020 for the following reason: Deadline extended to 09/03/2020(Forestry England have an opportunity for a new tenant to operate a Lease for Moors Valley Country Park Ice Ice Cream Outlet for a period of 8 years. The Kiosk is currently being renovated and extended to provide more internal space, wider service counter, a walk in freezer and external storage area. Moors Valley Country Park is the busiest Forest Centre on the Forestry England estate, attracting around 1 million visitors per year from the local area and wider afield. It is managed in partnership between Forestry England and Dorset Council. The park is ideally positioned on the Dorset/Hampshire border in the heart of a prime tourist destination and within easy reach of the national road network. The successful bidder/tenant will need to work proactively with Forestry England, alongside existing businesses on site, to provide a high quality visitor experience.)
