Description
The agency is looking to purchase visitor management software for use at its site in South Mimms. The South Mimms site currently has approximately 350 staff on site.
The requirements for the system are:
- Installation of the new Visitor Management System.
- Ensure the Security and Reception have access to the front of house software.
- Ensure the "booking module" is rolled out to users.
- Install and check required cameras to take pictures of visitors and contractors, preferably with flash, signature pads, printers, passes, and pass holders).
- Users are trained.
- Technical support is in place.
