Description

City of York Council, is seeking a long term partner to operate and manage its Library and Archives service for a period of 15 years from 1st April 2019, with a possible extension of a further 5 years. This will include the operation, on-going maintenance and potential investment into and/or redevelopment of the Council's existing library facilities. The service provides 14 static libraries (of which one is currently replaced by a temporary dedicated mobile facility due to the emergency closure of the building), 1 reading café, 1 mobile library, and a home library service
