Description

The Council is seeking to appoint a consultant for the provision of consultancy services for a review of the market for employment provision and to assess the suitability and achievability of employment sites from a market and business perspective in East Northamptonshire District and Kettering Borough.

Only those bidders should request a copy of the Invitation to Quote (ITQ) documentation and then submit a proposal, if they have the resources necessary to complete all aspects of the ITQ.
