Description

Clissold Park is one of Hackney's best loved parks which attracts around 3 million visitors each year. Since 2012, over £9m has been invested in transforming the Grade II listed Clissold House and its surrounding area. See https://hackney.gov.uk/clissold-park for more information.

The council is offering a concession based contract for a business to operate the established Clissold House Cafe, for a period of up to seven years.

The café will be handed over as a decorated and partially furnished space. The appointed operator will be responsible for any further capital investment.
