Description
The contract consists of 6 lots: • Sub Lot 1 - 24 hour services - To deliver a minimum of 259 units of high quality
24-hour temporary accommodation and empowering, person-centred, trauma
informed and psychologically informed environments (PIE) to support single
homeless people.
• Sub Lot 2 - HRHN 16-21 years - To deliver a minimum of 80 units of high quality 24-hour temporary accommodation and empowering, person-centred, trauma informed and psychologically informed environments (PIE) to support single homeless young people who have a range of high risk and needs.
• Sub Lot 3 - HRHN 16-21 years - To deliver a minimum of 44 units of high quality 24-hour temporary accommodation and empowering, person-centred, trauma informed and psychologically informed environments (PIE) to support single homeless people with High needs / High Risk offending backgrounds (but who are not High-Risk Offenders - see definition of High-Risk Offenders on page 6 of Sub Lot 3).
• Sub Lot 4 - Multiple and Complex needs - To deliver a minimum of 18 units of
high quality 24-hour temporary accommodation and empowering, person-centred,
trauma informed and psychologically informed environments (PIE) to support single
homeless people with multiple and complex needs. This will include separate
provision for those Service Users who in addition to multiple needs also have social
and personal care needs and/or who are approaching end of life.
• Sub Lot 5 - 9-5 Dispersed services - To deliver a minimum of 203 units of high quality 9-5 dispersed temporary accommodation and empowering, person-centred, trauma informed and psychologically informed environments (PIE) to support single homeless people.
• Sub Lot 6 - Citywide Prevention and Resettlement Service - This contract is for a Citywide Prevention and resettlement services
