Description

The Council requires a review of, and commentary on, the overall financial position shown by the Council's latest year end balance sheet together with periodic reviews based on projected balance sheet data for the current and future years. Particular reference should be made to the absolute and relative levels of long term borrowing / liabilities and investments, the adequacy of the Council reserves and their impact / consequences for decisions on the financing of future year's capital expenditure and the investment of any surplus funds. 2 years + 1 contract term
