The scheme comprises the design and construction of 46Nr. dwellings for Market, Intermediate and Social Rent following the demolition of 7Nr. bungalows and a former elderly persons' home via a separate Enabling Works Contract at Arnett Avenue, Finchampstead, Wokingham, Berkshire. The 46Nr.dwellings are comprised of 10Nr. 3B5P Houses, 18Nr. 2B4P Flats, 1Nr. 2B3P Flat and 17Nr. 1B2P Flats, within the Flats being contained within two blocks. Two significant areas of community amenity are provided within the development, together with private amenity space in the shape of private rear gardens for the houses and balconies for the flats.
The scheme will also include hard and soft landscaping, mains services and car parking.
A Planning Application has been submitted for the scheme and determination of the application is expected during the first week in October 2018.
