Description

The MCA are looking to purchase 1x Lloyds List global license. This allows for a total of 9500 users to obtain access to Lloyds List, which is an important maritime information resource for UKMS. This is the most costeffectiveway to obtain the number of licenses that the MCA require (The global license is the most cost effective way to do this when more than 30 licenses are required).
