Your Healthcare are looking to renew the VPN licence which expiries on the 27/11/2021. The systems they run on is under support with PaloAlto (via CareTower) until 30/05/2023.
They need to renew this licence and would like it the be extended to the end of the current contract term 30/05/2023.
