Description

The Council is seeking a Single Contractor to supply breath Carbon Monoxide (CO) monitors and associated consumables to support the delivery of the Council's commissioned NHS Stop Smoking Services in Sunderland, which consists of the following Lots:

Lot 1 - Breath Carbon Monoxide (CO) Monitors
Lot 2 - All Associated Consumables (Related to Lot 1 - Breath Carbon Monoxide (CO) Monitors)
Lot 3 - All Associated Consumables (Related to Bedfont Carbon Monoxide (CO) Monitors (Service Specification 1.3)
A Contractor must apply for all Lots to be considered for the delivery of this Framework.
