Description
The City Council are seeking to appoint a Contractor to carry out Re-Roofing, Mechanical and Electrical and Associated Works at Hotspur Primary School. The Contractor will be the Principal Contractor for the purposes of the CDM Regulations.
The proposed contract period is 14 weeks. The works are to be phased. Details of the phasing are given in the tender documents.
The school premises will be occupied for some of the construction period.
